How to register?

  1. Go to:
  2. Click on Activities
  3. Click on Athletics
  4. Click on JW Athletics
  5. Click on “Register for Sport”
  6. Scroll to bottom of page
  7. Click on "JW Athletics Registration"
  8. Click on either: “create a new account” or “returning users”
  9. Enter last name exactly as it appears in PowerSchool and use LID# also found in PowerSchool
  10. Follow prompts for registration
  11. Upload physical from as one PDF for all pages or turn in physical form to school nurse for uploading
  12. You must:1.create a family account 2.submit a physical form for medical clearance. cleared by JW school physician after forms are uploaded and account is created
  13. You must register for a sport prior to every season, not just once per year.
  14. The physical form is good for one year, from the date of the exam.
