How to Register: Returning Users:
If you’ve used our registration system before, CLICK HEREto log into your family account and register your child for a spring sport. Important: Each family is permitted to have only one account for all children participating in middle and high school sports.
If you need to add additional children to your account, you’ll need their student ID number
How To Register: New Users:
If this is your first time using our online registration system, you’ll need: Your child’s student ID number (provided below). The exact spelling of your child’s last name as it appears in PowerSchool. CLICK HEREto create your account. This single account can be used to register all your children for middle and high school sports. Your Child's Information: Child's Last Name, Student ID#
Medical Clearance & Physical Forms
If your child’s physical forms on file are more than 365 days old, you’ll need to submit updated documentation: CLICK HEREto print blank physical forms for your physician.

Eat - Eat regular meals even if you have very little appetite. Little and often is good for you. Keep up your intake of fruits and vegetables.
Exercise – Get moving. Physical activity can improve your health and wellbeing. Researchers have shown that exercise improves the psychological health of those who suffer depression and stress.
Sleep – Sleep! Ensure that you keep regular hours as much as possible, such as 8 hours. Go to bed and get up at the same time each day, regardless of whether it is during the week or on a regular weekend.
Get involved – Being part of a community is good for your mental health. It improves your relationship skills, so nurture old and new friendships. Try not to isolate yourself.
Nurture Yourself – You can’t give to others, if you have nothing left to give. Take regular time-outs to recharge your batteries.
